The RAISE consortium brings together a diverse group of institutions from across Europe, combining expertise in VET, research, and innovation.

The European Federation for Welding, Joining and Cutting (EWF) manages International Systems for Training, Qualification and Certification for manufacturing areas of both personnel and companies in Quality, Environment, Health and Safety. EWF was founded in 1992 and nowadays has 28 European member countries and 2 Observer Members from outside Europe, represented by their national welding societies.

CIFP Ferrolterra is a public vocational education and training center located in Ferrol, Galicia, operating under the Regional Government of Galicia (Xunta de Galicia). With a long-standing tradition dating back to 1959, the center has developed into a modern institution that provides high-quality education in technical and professional fields such as electricity, mechanics, automotive technology, and electronics. CIFP Ferrolterra is committed to innovation, practical learning, and strong collaboration with industry, preparing students with the skills required for the labor market while actively participating in national and international educational projects.

The University of Montenegro is the intellectual development center of Montenegro — the center of scientific research, cultural, artistic and innovative creativity. It is the oldest and the only state university in Montenegro, providing education in social sciences, humanities, technological, natural and medical sciences. The Polytechnic University of Tirana (UPT) is Albania's leading public institution for engineering education, with a tradition dating back to 1951. Established in its current form in 1991, UPT comprises several faculties covering a wide range of engineering disciplines, aligned with the Bologna system across Bachelor, Master, and Doctoral levels. UPT maintains strong international partnerships and close collaboration with industry, ensuring high-quality education, research, and innovation while preparing skilled professionals for the global labor market.

The Professional College of Tirana (KPT) was established in 2015 as a novelty in higher education, providing 2-year professional higher education programs.
